Ntxoo is a 20-year-old Rising Leader originally from Kangmai Village in Sing District, Luang Namtha Province, and currently living in Vientiane Capital for her studies. She comes from a large family of twelve and is in her final year of her bachelor’s degree at the Logos Institute of Foreign Language.

Her goals this year are to develop into a strong and effective leader, build confidence in her communication skills, and continue growing personally so she can reach her long-term aspirations. After graduation, Ntxoo hopes to learn more about financial investment and wealth-building so she can create stability for herself and her family.

Through Seeds4Hope, Ntxoo is committed to self-improvement and leadership development, especially as a role model for young women from her community, where few girls have had similar opportunities. She believes Seeds4Hope is a supportive space for learning, practice, and preparation for the future, and she is motivated to grow into a disciplined, confident leader who can inspire others. Her interests include listening to music, singing, reading, and traveling.
