Welcome to Year 2! As we embark on this journey from September 2026 to June 2027, our curriculum will focus on two key pillars: career readiness and self-leadership.

This year is designed to equip you with the skills and experiences you need to succeed. To make the most of this opportunity, please ensure you complete the following action items:

• Meet with Your Mentor: Meet at least once a month to discuss your progress and goals with your mentor.

• Make an Impact: Complete 10+ hours of volunteer service. Whether you volunteer within your community, with an organization, or through your own community service project, your contributions matter. Your role as a Seeds4Hope ambassador also counts.

• Submit Your Impact Report: A guided workshop will be provided to help you document your volunteer experience.

• Build Your Resume: Participate in our resume workshop to craft or polish your CV. Please submit your final version to Xia.

• Prepare for Interviews: Attend the interview workshop and complete a mock practice interview.

• Create Your Storyboard #2: Document your growth and project story. The final deadline for this is June 2027.
